When do I get my download?

Right away. After you check out, your files are ready instantly. Nothing ships in the mail.

What file formats do you use?

Most products come as PDF, Google Sheets, or a zip file, depending on the planner. The product page lists the format for that item.

How do I access my files?

You will get an email with your download links. You can also open your order page on our site and download from there. Keep that email handy so you can grab your files again later.

What is your refund policy?

Because these are digital downloads, we offer a 14-day fix-or-refund policy. If something is wrong with your file, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Full details are on our Refund policy page.
